Before the inception of SUNNAI, I spent years in candid, long-term dialogue with a close German friend—a senior executive at CASO DESIGN. We often pondered a critical question: Why do products with “perfect” technical specs often fail in real-world scenarios with temperature fluctuations and reliability issues?
We realized the industry’s true gap wasn’t “incapability,” but the choice not to do things right. We decided to take the harder path: focusing on batch consistency and long-term stability rather than just chasing volume. Jiasen was founded on this very consensus: to replace “luck” with “peace of mind.”
